Swiftness” is a self portrait created
by Icelandic artist Sissu Pálsdóttir, a member of the planning committee
for the WHO-sponsored SCI conference held in
Reykjavik, Iceland 2001. This painting has been adopted as a project
logo because it projects a sense of vibrant health, empowerment, and
ever-accelerating progress, themes that underscore this project.

We'll miss you Sissu!
